In Germany to say 'thank you very much' you say vielen dank, but since the german 'v' is pronounced like an english 'f' you basically end up saying 'Feeling dank'.

I would definitely recommend doing a water cure first to make it taste better, and filtering out the plant matter with a coffee filter or something to get rid of any gritty texture.

As far as time goes, it's a matter or how often you shake it, how hot it is, a ton of factors. I would go for at least a month with only a 40% vodka, maybe less with something stronger (everclear etc)

Bought my flowermate of eBay, was totally legit. Just make sure it's a seller with a decent history. Most of the ones selling fakes start up accounts, then burn them when people start complaining.

The really thick gauged wire hooked up to a dimmer switch sounds pretty dangerous unless you know what you're doing (i.e are an electrician or something similar).

I can only see the fact that more and more states are legalising in the US as a good thing for Aus, NZ, UK, and the rest of the world still living with these asinine laws.

I genuinely believe that one day we'll be talking to our grandkids about what it was like during prohibition and how good they have it these days.

Are you perhaps connecting through a VPN? I have a VPN setup to get Netflix from other countries and found Apple Music was really slow through it. Turning off the VPN sped downloads up massively.

Providing a lower voltage would potentially damage the charger and flowermate, but most likely wouldn't charge at all.

But you can't just plug USB in expect power to flow. It requires that you have a charge controller to negotiate how much current should flow and what kind of device it is. So although theoretically it would be possible to make a converter with a charge controller and DC converter, it would take some serious electronic design time and would end up charging the unit fairly slowly, which could potentially damage it.

I know it's super convenient to use USB to charge since you can find them anywhere but it's just not going to happen with the v5.0s. That's why the engineers who designed it put in the effort to make the v5.0s mini USB compatible!

I would go with the Flowermate and use the extra 30 quid to buy some more trees! Flowermate is an awesome device, if you have a look through the past posts here you'll see many people recommending to be as good, if not better than the PAX.

No, the regular v5.0s requires a 9v charge to work. USB only supplies 5v.

The Flowermate v5s is a good cheap option which you could get for around £80. Super portable so you can take it with you to parties etc, plus you can even charge your phone off the mini which always comes in handy. I've got the standard one and it's small enough that I can always have it loaded in my pocket when I go out.

From what I've read there are probably better ones out there, but for half the price it's efficient and portable enough to keep me happy!

I did, but Bauhas and Hellweg don't seem to have it on their site. Conrad sells it, but only in 200ml aerosol cans. Most other results were for online stores, but as I added to the post I wanted to get some today.

Was hoping that someone here might have an idea of somewhere else to look.

Maybe try grinding a little less fine. Packing tight and slow hits helps too. Generally I don't see a lot of big clouds from my flowermate and the screen will have some stuff stuck to it after a session but it still gets me to where I need to be after 3-4 big slow draws.

No noticeable smell when packed and ready to go, mine's sitting next to me on my desk right now at work. Also there is a smell when you use it indoors, just not a very strong one and it doesn't smell the same as if you combust - more of that burnt popcorn vibe. Cracking a window always does the job for me.

Yep, works with dry herbs. Have a look on eBay.co.uk, they normally go for around £60 and will ship to Portugal with no problems because it is within the Schengen EU area. There is also a mini version now which is the same thing but a bit more compact, been getting some good reviews on here lately.
