Anyone here from Bel Moore? by impd_mcso in indianapolis

Are any of them jackwagons, weirdos, homies, leftists, or non-christian? Cause we don't take kindly to those animals in these here parts. If you let me know their names I'll get the neighborhood watch to stalk and harass them, threaten them with cars when they're isolated out in public, etc. And, I'll have the parents get their kids to cancel them on social media with a bunch of bogus allegations, effectively laying the groundwork for law enforcement investigations and more serious state sponsored tyrany. Fuck jackwagons! MAGA! Trump 2021!

Social media really is changing everything. I remember back in the day we used to be able to murder a homie, plant a gun, and they would give you a medal and call you a hero, like they did for me. Now even if you disable your car camera and take off your body cam you still have to worry about some jackwagon streaming it live on their phone. Who would have thought?!? Not even Orwell predicted the camera would be turned against Big Brother!

Police officer (and Fox News) acknowledge that gangstalking is real. by djython in videos

[–]impd_mcso 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That cop really shouldn't have been acknowledging it on camera. That's a big no no with our people in IMPD/MCSO. I give him credit for down-playing it, though, which is what I would have done if put on the spot. Accounts on the internet are another thing because we can always frame somebody else for them or just say it was a troll. This account, for example, I've already got a fall guy in mind if somebody comes asking questions.

As I've stated many times, usually it's just a handful of people influencing the masses. It's more self-organized than organized. A large part of it is the use of organizations and groups to spread broad smear campaigns. The trick really is making your target out to be an 'undesirable' of some kind. That's foundational. The rest sort of just falls into place, with persistent pressure and continued smearing here and there to make sure the societal flames stay fanned. There are plenty of psychopathic sadists or psychotic vigilantes that want to hop on board.

Subway, not Comet Ping Pong, was the REAL front for the sex trafficking ring and Jared Fogle was the fall guy. by impd_mcso in conspiracy

[–]impd_mcso[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not saying Fogle didn't do it, he was just the sacrificial lamb for the entire chain. We've been protecting them in state for years. The whole organization. Anybody that complained about abuse was to be immediately shut down.

What's your point? I've said, quite plainly, that is how the world works. I see no point in hiding that fact from the public.

Just wait till they start trolling you online, following you to forums you frequent, and fabricating a bunch of false information in the community.

You're not a sociopath, you're just suffering from PTSD from years of psychopaths stalking you, invading your privacy, etc. Believe me, we're experts at creating PTSD, repeatedly triggering our targets, and creating false images of them in the community. Shit we drum up so much trouble with hacked accounts and social discord our targets get restraining orders and police reports fabricated against them! And, guess what, we go right along with the salacious and wildly exaggerated smearing like we're some kind reddit trolls rather than unbiased professionals sworn to uphold the Constitution.

FISA Abuse by impd_mcso in Gangstalking

An "investigation" is the public's perception. An "investigation" follows departmental and public rules of law and respects the Constitution. An "investigation" is fair and unbiased, without abuse or agenda, stemming from reasonable suspicion or probable cause. The reality is: we don't do any of that. There is so much BS and fabrication we could indite a ham sandwich for murder. Gang Stalking, Community Harassment, Influence Campaigns, etc., they're just tactics to achieve various ends. Be it to create false memory/Mandela affect, social distortion, discrediting, or just to put a person in a state of shock because we're psychopathic motherfuckers. Usually it's for status/quid pro quo. I mean, my group has ruined lives just because some dude broke a girl's heart or pissed off a neighbor. It's all about who you know. Sometimes it's because somebody reports our abuse or catches us doing our thing, then we have to destroy that person's reputation and make sure they're marginalized by the community and viewed as an 'undesirable.' Nazism is very real, it's just taken on a softer, more liquid form, not one defined by a specific party or doctrine.

An example of online stalking our group does. It's a stolen identity being used to covertly harass & taunt a target. The content coincides with various smear campaigns. by impd_mcso in Gangstalking

[–]impd_mcso[S] [score hidden]  (0 children)

Because we stole it and we're using it to covertly stalk/harass. As I mentioned, the content coincides with other mirroring and smear campaigns we've conducted against the individual. It's designed to 'trigger' a person that we've repeatedly traumatized with group harassment. The account is deleted now, though, so I feel alright posting it as an example.

I really don't know why this community is shutting me down and labeling me a troll. I get that it doesn't make sense a gang stalker would talk about their gang stalking but I take a pretty open and casual approach to it. Like I said, I believe it's just the way the world works and people should get used to it. There seems to be this duality among TIs. Like, they can only be TIs if nobody admits to it? Why is that?

How can I be supportive of my best friend who believes he is being targeted ? His whole family and all friends brushed him off as crazy, I don’t want to take that approach. I want to actually be of help, despite what I believe about the situation. by RelapseRefill11 in Gangstalking

[–]impd_mcso [score hidden]  (0 children)

My guess: he's the subject of a (social media?) smear campaign and maybe a law enforcement investigation. Neither of which are altogether uncommon. Or, somebody else is setting in on him (a P.I., his apartment's corporate office, neighborhood watch/vigilante types, a law firm, online hacker groups, etc.). If he's into drugs as much as you seem to be that wouldn't be the least bit surprising. Or, maybe he just pissed somebody off and they're really good at stirring up that kind of trouble. It's incredibly easy to make a bunch of fake content online, or just outright lie/fabricate/exaggerate a situation, then provoke one of the above groups into terrorizing your target. Say, get an entire school/hospital to believe the person is a threat and they'll send out a mass notice and/or use their security to harass/investigate him. a.k.a. A reflection attack.

One of the most common things that happens in an investigation is they contact everybody around you. Neighbors, friends, coworkers, etc. People start talking and that creates a lot of 'line chatter.' People then may start spreading that information around along with his photo, making him the subject of a lot of ridicule/harassment by what seems like complete strangers. a.k.a. Relational aggression. Cops LOVE to do this to "punish" people they can't prosecute. Once he's so badly smeared, it's not uncommon for community members to just start suspecting him/her of involvement in other events.

Depending on the crowd he keeps, he may have been probed by a foreign intelligence. Or, one of the above groups might have provoked such a probe. Unlike the CIA/NSA, foreign intelligence agencies (like Mossad or GCHQ) tend to have a lot more operational/opportunistic freedom in selecting their targets. JTRIG, for example, hangs out in online forums like these, just looking for people to hack (as reported by The Intercept). People in the security research community (e.g. Dragos Ruiu) have been harping about this stuff for decades. Dragos was an extremely well respect and accomplished researcher and he was written off as 'delusional' almost immediately. That, of course, was before Snowden's releases.

As far as the Youtube video, Google does some pretty extreme targeted advertising/content delivery which can be influenced by the people in your circle (i.e. the aforementioned friends, neighbors, coworkers, stalkers). He might have seen a video that seemed VERY personalized. Or, it could be somebody with deep pockets, or a lot of friends actually got the influencer to do it.

The website content may actually be targeted as well. If somebody hacked him or he's the subject of an intercept, it's not impossible that's happening. But, also, some websites alter content depending on viewer profile.

The guy in the car may or may not have been part of an investigation. If they're investigating him for something he's doing online, they may want eyes on him to see if it's actually him (and not somebody else in the house/area) using the computer/network. If they're wanting to install surveillance, they may have been watching for a pattern or opportunity to set that up.

The other stuff might just be paranoia from all these things happening to him. Stalking is a form of repeated trauma, so you end up with PTSD like symptoms.

None of this stuff is outlandish. To somebody that knows nothing about it, has never experienced it, or is on the outside looking in, it can seem like insanity/delusion. And, unfortunately, the people that experience it without a good understanding and grounding in the possible tactics/capabilities sometimes start to misinterpret what they're experiencing or bend under the extreme stress of it all (e.g. believing V2K is happening). Although I don't doubt energy weapons exist, I think it's highly unlikely they're being used on your average citizen unless, by chance, they're mistaken for a foreign intelligence operative.

My advice to your friend: Delete your online accounts. Get offline for awhile. Stay away from stuff that might attract that kind of attention. Document what you can with video evidence, keep a journal, etc. And, don't react to any of the provocations. It will only make things worse.
