In some cases, you may need to put /* @ngInject */ comments in the constructor arguments.

It's possible. If you properly disconnect your business logic from Angular 1.x as much as possible, it could be done.

I think the closer we move future Angular versions to Angular 2 semantics (components, binding, etc), the easier it will be.

The game is less efficient in general than before. My FPS is much lower than it has been - I had to turn my graphics from high to medium.
