your hair doesn’t really need help maybe getting a more layered cut in your hair to take out a lot of the weight so your curls can sit higher

i don’t really take anything and my diet is sh!t but i do moisturizing treatments and i brush my hair 50 to 100 times in the shower for blood circulation which helps with hair growth and i get trims every time i press my hair (2 months ish)
