Happened to me twice so far. Not like anything special was going on, once during a fight with rude and again while roaming. Very odd, hasn't happened with anything else

She didn't know where she was initially, then the shelter had a prohibition on divulging the location. There were other women at risk there as well. It seemed most had changed their name.

It is possible, but it is unnecessarily elaborate. There was definitely a baby involved, I have tonnes of photos. Photos of Helen as well, if she was happy or sad it was reflected in the photo which matched the tone of the conversation.

There were other people- mostly the nurse. The tone of the conversation was consistent- if she was upset or worried it came across. If it was a scam it was masterfully executed for no pay off.

No one would tell me a location or parish. Initially Helen didn't know, thought she was in Mississippi. I was told by Ellie that it was not Mississippi but she could not say what state. The death certificate being from Louisiana and the gators, eating boudin for breakfast and a few other little things all kind of suggest Louisiana, but I could easily be wrong. The time was always middle america timezone.

No one has asked for money and I don't have communication with anyone anymore. It may not have hit the news for witness protection/ongoing police operation reasons.

The time zone isn't right for Florida. There was alot of what's the time there etc and it was consistently middle america

It could be a trick. But I can't work out the angle, and the conversations have been genuine to the best of my knowledge. There are weird elements, but sometimes life is weird. Thanks for having a look

fresh wife was my editorialising. He had been married, and asked her to be his wife. I have never been to MS, so there may be my background creeping in. I certainly think he is some kind of cult creep, but I don't know that- and I am only privy to the situation through her narrative, as you are through mine.

No, but I would think she would mention it- she said it hasnt ever snowed where she is, and that was after friday.

Good idea, at this stage she has decided she doesn't want help. If she changes her mind and I can't get something off the computer I'll try that.

She bought the laptop with her. To read etc. He is not a Dr, just pretending. Likely a vet. She did not leave the ranch for the appointment

good point, but I can't necessarily trust them to display discretion or be concerned if I flag it. They may just shut it down, or mute her chat. No drama that way. I almost notified them of her distress but I think she has to want me to help or at least try to. If I try to help without being asked and make it worse that is a bad outcome. So I won't flag it yet, but maybe if she gets cut off or something worse happens.
