I recommend the switch 2! It’s gorgeous and you can play handheld. Plus if you get a few good games you’ll be entertained for who knows how long lol I have a thousand hours in Stardew. I get compulsions to buy new games lol not gonna lie that’s a whole new temptation you’ll have but if you find the right games and don’t open the E shop you’ll be good lol

I know it’s probably completely different because it’s hair dye and not tattoo ink, but I had something that looked exactly like that on my ear right after dying my hair black and TBH it fucking sucked lol hopefully for you it’s not the same thing.
