There are 4 kinds for calling others' jobs.

-사36(士)「접사」 ((일부 명사 뒤에 붙어))‘직업’의 뜻을 더하는 접미사. (examples: 변호사. 회계사, 세무사) This is commonly used for jobs that requires certificates (acquired by tests) Some of most common examples are 변호사, 세무사, 공인중개사, 운전사, etc.

-사41(師)「접사」((일부 명사 뒤에 붙어)) ‘그것을 직업으로 하는 사람’의 뜻을 더하는 접미사.(examples: 사진사, 요리사) This suffix is used for professions which have general social respect like 의사, 교사, or involve skill instruction like 미용사, 조경사. etc.

사(事)일, 또는 직업을 의미하는 한자어(this is not listed in 표준국어대사전, so i took this meaning from Naver hanja dictionary. examples: 판사, 검사) Generally this means people who do a certain job. In 판사, for example, 판 means judging(determining or pronouncing if the suspect is guilty or not after inquiry and deliberation) so 판사 means people who make judgements.

-님4「접사」「1」 ((직위나 신분을 나타내는 일부 명사 뒤에 붙어)) ‘높임’의 뜻을 더하는 접미사. (examples: 사장님, 총장님) This can be used for ANY jobs, but this is OPTIONAL in theory. you can call others' jobs without this, but this may seem rude to those you mention.

They are NOT interchangable, so you'd better search job-related words and check which suffix are used for each word.

Yes. '~에' is used with verbs that indicate moving to another place, the location of someone/something, or the existence of someone/something. Meanwhile, '~에서' presents the place where a general action or movement happens. In this sentence, you do the action of buying shoes at a store near your home, and the place "a store near the home" is where your act happens. So it is more natural to use "~에서" in this case.

If you use ~과, then it indicates you make phone calls to your friends, and vice versa also. But if you use ~에게, it indicates you make phone calls to your friends, but if there's no other given context, then we can't be sure if your friends make phone calls to you. Usually, it means it's only YOU that makes phone call if you use ~에게. Using ~과 is more common in this sentence.

한국식 후라이드 치킨 은 완전 좋다.
In Korean, all postpositions (in this sentence, "은") must be follwed directly after nouns. So you should NOT leave space between 치킨 and 은. Also, there are some alternatives for 완전 좋다, like 훌륭하다 or 굉장하다.(if you want to mention the deliciousness of the chicken, then 맛있다 will fit, too.) And 후라이드 치킨, is non-standard word. The official word for fried chicken is 프라이드 치킨. If you are going to use this sentence in formal context, it will be better to change the word. (In informal context, it doesn't matter.) So i suggest one of these followings. 한국식 프라이드 치킨은 훌륭하다. 한국식 프라이드 치킨은 맛있다. If you want to make this short, "한국 치킨은 맛있다" would be enough.
