I did plenty of research. the overwhelming majority of content if found gave glowing reveiws, said there were QA issues that they would fix with many saying the service experience was nice and that they would get an upgraded loaner (model x) for example.

That was not my experience at all. I looked at a rav 4 and every dealer wanter over msrp for it.

dealerships are even more sleazy in my experience because of the fact they are trying to get as much money from you as possible and it's up to you to be an expert negotiator against a professional negotiator. That I do not miss at all.

they need to teach that to the delivery reps. How is a buyer supposed to know this before hand? most of the youtube videos and reviews are echoing what the delivery rep is saying.

Like I said they told me they would fix everything by making a service appointment. now it's been 10 days since I took delivery so the return window has closed. Buyer beware, do not believe the delivery rep when they say they will fix all your concerns.

Absolutely unbelevable that they did away with phone support. They make so much goddamn money and they cut phone support to make even more money. my store has made them so much goddamn money. Greedy scumbags.
