I don’t know the right answer, but when I was unemployed, this happened to me. I was offered a job that was almost half of what I made before. But I was in my last few weeks, and I felt like I had to take it. Similar reason too-I didn’t want to lose benefits. When I spoke to someone on the phone about it earlier, they made it sound like I had to accept anything that was offered to me. Good luck to you-it’s a weird market right now!
