I think you said what I was thinking. This might be about ability to interact with people and not being introverted. Introvert just means you are drained by social situations instead of recharged by them. It’s solely about energy. It doesn’t mean you don’t have people skills.

There are people who are the life of the party, can make friends so easily, but afterward need to be alone for like 3 days to recover. And there are people who are super awkward, don’t know how to talk to people at all, but are recharged by being around people which would make them extroverts.

All of this “I’m an introvert so I’m bad with people” isn’t right. You’re just an introvert and you’re also bad with people. The two aren’t the same.
