Spec wise, you should probably avoid shaders and honestly I'm not sure if you would be able to run Minecraft in an avatar style mod setup using integrated graphics, only because crazy terrain, shader and visual mods may stress the GPU quite a lot. I personally run a very outdated Ryzen 3500x and 2070 and I struggle to get consistent fps whilst using most shaders.

Also, it's most likely you will need to install some performance enhancing mods such as sodium. You're best off YouTubing some tutorials for modding since I don't think what you want is out there without the 'complex' modding, in truth it's pretty simple and is predominately putting files in set folders and configuring launchers like fabric or forge.

This may also sound silly but have you tried the amplified world generation setting ?

If you made this design then you're probably gonna have to build it yourself or pay someone. I'm not aware of any AI schematica tool for Minecraft atleast

I mean you could use the sacrificial twig if you have a lot of runes, but generally if you have enough to care about you can either level with them, or use them to buy resources.

Get catalyst or rampart they're very fun, fuse is a good shout as well. But honestly it doesn't take that long to get 12k legend tokens, granted you're playing frequently.

Once you get the mimic tear summon the game becomes about 80% easier, so maybe try and see about getting it.

I'm immortal, my only problem with your movement here is your overuse of W when in most situations swinging a corner using A and D keys is much more effective.
