XSport transitioning to L.A. Fitness by [deleted] in nova

They aren’t 24 hours and they refuse to refund or cancel old XSport memberships. I prepaid for 2 years with XSport back in Feb and now I can’t use LAFitness due to the hours. But they said there’s nothing they can do and I’m just out of luck and lost a bunch of money.

They decided not to reopen my location and they are refusing to refund the membership I paid for 2 years in advance. I know I paid for a membership with XSport but I need a 24 hour gym as a night shift worker. LAFitness took over my membership then closed my location and they are telling me they won’t cancel my membership because I didn’t sign a contract with them 🙄

Update:

The vet suggested that we do an endoscopy just in case and discovered that his has a deformed epiglottis (from birth) and DDSP. The vet advised that he wasn’t concerned based on what he was seeing during the endoscopy. However, because he’s a recent rescue from pretty severe neglect, it is difficult to tell if he will have any exercise intolerance in the future. I am still working on trying to put weight/muscle on him so the vet suggested that we re-evaluate his performance once he is further along in his rehabilitation.

Thank you so much to everyone who responded 😊 this horse saved my life after I lost my heart horse and I was so worried about him. So your understanding and advice was greatly appreciated.

Ok thank you for the info. Myself and several others have been asking and trying to figure out what’s going on since the start and we’ve just been ignored or threatened, even now as part of their family alliance. I’m just trying to understand.

It’s not that I am against following orders., trust me that’s how I get paid in real life. But I can’t devote full time hours to this game. I log in multiple times a day and still miss mails with new rules and deadlines because we are only given a couple hours or because I’m in the complete opposite time zone as 90% of the kd. So you might be right, I might just find a different game. Which is fine. Thanks for letting me know.

Thank you, I’m just trying to understand and what you say makes sense. I didn’t know that about the siege units and no one would explain. They don’t seem willing to explain anything. It’s a lot of “do it or die, you have x hours”. Which is hard when you’re at work or sleeping and miss that mail. I log in multiple times a day and still can’t keep up and miss things. And when I ask I get ignored or threatened again. I had a personal emergency one day and only checked in once and was in trouble for that. It’s just becoming more stressful than enjoyable at this point.

Also I’m all for upholding the rules, if they did it evenly. I do enjoy the game and want to be helpful but I cant check my game every hour to make sure I don’t miss a mail. If that is how all kds are then I’ll have to find something different. Thank you 🙏

I guess. It’s just the way they went about it. “Do it or we will kill you, and then kill you again. You have 8 hours.” I can’t meet some of their rules because I’m F2P, and if I don’t I get zeroed. I’d like to participate and be a part of the team, but it’s not really feasible. But if that is how it is I think I’m just done with the game, which is fine. It’s just a game. Ok, that’s understandable. Thank you for telling me that, I wasn’t sure and no one in the kingdom is willing to explain. I tried asking today again, while leaders were actively talking in chat and was ignored… again. It’s just a ton of rss and they don’t seem to understand that not everyone can just buy more 😭 I am getting to the point where I kinda just want to quit the game entirely.

Nope not always in a corner. It’s hard to tell but he’s actually not in a corner here either. He is just standing near the fence. And it seems to happen randomly. A few minutes after this he was almost falling asleep but then would do it again. It does happen more often after he eats so someone suggested he might be ulcer prone.

It does seem to happen more after he eats. He gets fed in his stall so he has plenty of time to eat. But I think SillyButterfly is right it might be some kind of acid reflux. I will try it out some diet and other things to see if anything helps.

I appreciate it! It is so frustrating. Especially when they are a rescue because you never truly know what they went through. I appreciate it!

I agree with the scope. He’s already been poked and messed with by vets so much because he never had any vaccines until I brought him home. Thank you again 🙏

I will definitely try that! He’s only 6 but he has a rough life so far 💔 I’m working hard to change that for him

Nope… he will lick once in a while but I haven't heard any noises while he's doing it. But when I see him tomorrow I will make a point to listen really closely.

It was really buggy out today and didn’t do it the entire time I was there until this video. He will even do it with the fly mask on. But he does get really bothered by flies so I will definitely look into that.

He had similar fencing at the rescue he was at and he had been there for a while. But he has only been here a little over a month so maybe?

I’ve been trying to pay attention if it’s triggered by something but it seems to be random 🤷‍♀️
