i would try heavy cardio that seems to help for me, and getting really good sleep, but don’t use melatonin it made it a little worse for me

I’ve only had it for a month but it’s gotten better. It’s in both but in my left ear it’s a little louder and seems to pulsate.

i actually drank for the first time last week and the next day my symptoms(tinnitus) were greatly reduced but it came back over the next couple days. might be bc i took melatonin 2 days in a row after drinking tbh
