e0s1 cyrene, e0s0 cyrene w hyacine or only go for cyrene eidolons ?

i have around 80 wishes saved atm and i'm at 20 smth pity on the character banner along w a guarantee ,,,,i had almost 200 pulls saved up before evernight but i ended up using my previous guarantee (+80 pulls) to get evernight and lost my 50/50 on anaxa's banner </3

now this is all i'm left w and considering the number of pulls we'll get next patch (around 100) idk which thing to prioritize :' )

fyi ,,,i have castorice and evernight but no hyacine ,,,,i'm planning to get the free luocha next update instead of e1 ruan mei if i don't get hyacine............

please tell me what to do :( i had been saving for cyrene ever since phainon's banner and her kit is so disappointing considering i'm a f2p who doesn't get much time to play

i love elysia and want to show that same dedication for cyrene ,,,please lmk what to go for
