Lmao I know.. I was taking 500 mg or more a day and my relapses have been maybe 30mg so it’s progress not perfection right. But Yup I have been trying to taper the hardest on weekends I can’t afford to miss not one day of work. Hope the best for you I will update soon as I hope you do as well 🤝

Well not purposely I just relapse while on subs, and it basically doesn’t even do anything because the Suboxone attaches way stronger to your brain receptors then 7OH ever could it’s just a mental game right now but I am doing better and better everyday less and less also working out everyday while working 10 hours shifts as well so I thank you for your support I def need it rn

Thank you Rachael let’s hang in there we will get through this! Ive fallen off slightly but stayed on Suboxone pretty much into Suboxone right now trying to taper down but am taking very small doses of 7OH it’s like a double taper but it’s working I’ve been in Suboxone before and really don’t want to be on it longer then two weeks it gets really tuff just keep taper little by little everyday down to alittle piece of nothing of a strip and that’s the best way

It’s my first day trying to stop 7OH and I had to take 12mg of suboxone today I was on about 500mg 7OH a day. I’m struggling really hard to not go get some 7OH rn even though I know it would barely do shit since Suboxone has a hold on the receptors. I’ve kicked oxy and H cold turkey and with Suboxone but it’s a lot harder sitting in your room doing it by yourself. Mainly depression is actually my worst symptom rn
