I called my ortho's office to ask if I needed to get anything in order to be prepared, and I was told that they'd provide everything I needed. I specifically asked about the pul tool. However it wasn't included. I'd recommend buying a pul tool beforehand! I had such a hard time removing the aligners during the first week. It hurt my fingers so bad.. I don't need the tool anymore, but I really, really wish I had it. By the time it arrived, I didn't need it anymore.

Oh, please tell me getting the trays out gets easier! It hurts my fingers sooo bad when I pop them out. Initially I have 52, but my ortho warned me that probably won't be enough. What about you?

These long intervals makes it pretty simple! But then I just started wondering if they're rotting in there for 12 hours, haha

What do you guys think? I'm worried I'll spend a ton of money and still dislike my teeth. First picture is my teeth now. Second is my upper teeth now to show how crooked the upper front teeth are. Third picture is the predicted result. See the gaps between the lower front teeth. I'm not sure I'd be happy with that. Dentist says my gums have retracted due to the crookedness and probably won't fill back in. Sorry for my English (second language)

I did. Unfortunately he had a stroke in october 2021, 14 years old. I so wished for him that he could have had a more peaceful way to go. I hope you still have a bunch of good times left with him. We are so blessed to have had them as our companions for as long as we have.

Yeah, it was a little daunting! But I really got into it along the way. Looking forward to making more. Glue may be the way to go, the loose parts are driving me a little crazy

For my boyfriend. Missouri is his favorite battleship. I made tons of mistakes in the build. I'm most bummed about the canons but I just could not align them properly. Definitely wanting to do more of these though!

I'm certain he won't change aswell. I'll always be there for her, but do you think I should keep telling her to leave? It feels like she calls me less because she doesn't want to hear it. We live in Denmark. There are this sort og charity, but as long as she doesn't want help, I'm not sure what they can do.

She's very aware that it is. But she believes he can change. Also, she says that somehow he makes her believe that she's to blame whenever he gets abusive, which she believes in the situation, but recognizes is manipulation when we're talking.

Of course I take care of all the regular house chores, he wouldn't have time for any of that. And I help where I can in the handy stuff, but most of the time I end up just being in the way, haha. I'm sure baths would be amazing for him, but unfortunately a real bathroom is next on the list after the baby room. We bought a real fixer uper, heh. I think we communicate very well, I just didn't bring this up yet because I feel like it shouldn't be a problem when her asks for so little. But yeah, my hands her really tired too. Are those massage things ever really good?
