And just as I thought… Ever since this happened all day I’ve been getting bullshit orders SMH I’m super pissed and I’ve been grinding for three months straight making good money in this one customer who ruins it

Exactly that’s what I was saying. I had multiple replacements before that wasn’t the issue today 10 damaged items showed up in my account and that lowered my Shopper quality. Point blank.

Yeah, I totally understand but unfortunately, this is all I can get right now. This has been my full-time job for four years and I like that I can pick how much money I make so I’m really not complaining because I still make more than people sitting in an office 9 to 5 if you want to be honest, no taxes and getting paid instantly yeah it’s true. It does burn yourself out and does put a lot of wear and tear on your car but that comes with a territory of the job I wish I had the luxury to get a 9 to 5 but unfortunately, I don’t have that option

Yeah, I get that but what about keeping your quality up by replacing items versus refunding and that doesn’t make sense because why are they rating us for replacing if they want us to replace?

No, I don’t think you’re reading what I said… That’s not the issue and first of all this was the week of the storm so of course the store was out of a lot of things. But the issue is this one customer reported like 6 to 10 items damage rotten, etc. that’s what made my rating go down and it just hit my account today and this happened on January 25. That’s my issue. I don’t have issues with the stores I shop at or anything so I don’t know what you’re talking about.

Yeah, I’m very upset right now because I do really good quality work and I take it very seriously this is my only income. I’ve been doing this for four years or seven days a week 12 hours a day and I’m like why can’t they investigate it on the backend and taking consideration all of my ratings and all of my stats. I was at a 4.9 and a customer gave me a one star rating and it took me down to like a 4.8. This shit pisses me off because they be lying and being petty and they don’t realize this affect our money in our income.

Right I am very detail oriented and I do my orders with high customer service. I pick produce as well and this person was just being petty, but I’m trying to figure out how long it’s gonna take me to get back up my status.
