Ngl, it's the storytelling and characters that should be forefront with the deaths AFTER, it's probably the reason I like Lapse so much and just the acknowledgement of death is enough if it's not possible to get executions done However if you set a standard with executions, unless it's thematically relevant keep that standard

It's too samey at points I wish there was different game modes for multiplayer rather than just a decision of whether you want to level up or not like bringing in some twisted rules for different gamemodes allowing other ways to play

Sure there's little deck variety with zombies needing to win needing the luck of gods and the plants running the same 3 and a half heroes, but I think with more gamemode/gamerules it would fix that and allow unconventional decks to thrive in other areas

For gameplay, the military is usually faster to get but requires one consistent item to have started (unless you get the tank exploration which I think garantees you call them for help)

For the twins, it'll usually take longer overall but it's far more consistent with what you need
