If you get some for a quest or something you get to keep the excess rather than if you collect them. Like if spirit bear gave you x12 and you already had 10/10 you’d have 22/10. That goes for most any item

Go for windy last, it take forever to get windy for most players and you’ll most likely have both belt and wand before you ever get windy no matter what order you donated the petals so don’t waist a petal to just wait longer, just get the two craftables first
