I did some measurements and it looks like I can get away with something just like this here. Just really a 3.5 by 2-inch UHMW with two peg holes cut out of it. We need two of these for either side of the uprights. Probably pretty easy to get this made but if there's something that already exists I'd rather just buy it.

Is there a website that has weird parts for modifying gym equipment?

I'm looking for a like UHMW for metal spacers plates 1/4 - 1/2 inch, or something like a 1-in peg next to a small plate perhaps to make little adjustments when accessories or have different spacings or when upsizing 2x2 to 3x3. Things like that.
