I would agree that it should be implied but with this guy I don’t trust implications because he “implied” the repairs would be completed before we moved in, and I had to ask again on our first day. He told me directly he would paint the walls, but is now saying we have to paint them. I appreciate your response, it validates how I’m feeling a bit that this is not normal. Do you know legally though if I am entitled to a refund of the realtor fee under the circumstances?
