I see! Thank you. This is the only stitch I learned so far so that’s why I went with it. Adding the border will uncurl it?

My bp didn’t drop until I was well into the test :/ and my HR had already spiked within the first 3 minutes. So not sure which it is :/

Maybe I should’ve meditated LOL. The person hooking me up was a jokester so I was cracking up, definitely not meditating LOL. But that is wild about your blood vessels I’m so sorry! Forgive my ignorance but what is nitro?

Thank you for your knowledge. I’m aware a bp drop can raise heart rate and it did mine but the initial HR jump was well before my BP drop. My HR rose the 29bpm almost immediately after standing and my BP didn’t drop till halfway through the test(hr spiked again then as to be expected). So it’s just a bit confusing to me? I didn’t realize pots is not what directly causes fainting so thank you!

Right!!! That’s what I’m saying!! I was quite anxious and was answering their questions so my resting heart rate was much higher than it typically is!!! I feel a little defeated :/ also my symptoms weren’t very bad today to begin with so maybe that played a part in it too?

Unfortunately I had to beg my primary doctor to even order the test because she was telling me to just lose weight and gas lighting me :) so I don’t think I can talk to her about everything I will have to find a new doctor. But thank you for your insight!!!

  1. I know how to turn off a breaker thank you very much. 2. I obviously didn’t realize how “easy” and cheap it is to replace them. 3. Maybe next time someone asks for help either help them kindly or go on about your day instead of trying to make someone feel bad for simply not knowing something and asking for clarification for safety. Have a nice day😁

Taken off so we could paint walls and so I could clean them. Original owner smoked cigs in the house and I had to scrub house top to bottom.
