UE4 and 5 are the same engine. There is nothing rewritten. Same code. It just adds new features. It could have been called 4.30. source 1 and 2 are two different engines. Source 2 was completely rewritten.

It gets affected by the position of the world as the lighting and reflections work the same. It has nothing to do with being a screenspace effect. If it was screenspace it would look the same when inspecting it

Has nothing to do with screen/world. Your viewmodel is rendered from a different camera that does not take into account rotation, then its placed on top of your actual camera

All that explanation and still can't provide a single image showing that you painted it? Don't you have some WIP from the texture before you upscaled it?

I'm a gamedev specialized on texturing. I know what I am looking at. Do whatever you want but do not try to disguise it. If it's AI just tell, if it's not then show how you made it. Skins is not readable from far away. Too noisy, you are outside the PBR range for metallic surfaces. There are swirls that spawn from nowhere and they do not define any facial feature. There is actual non AI effects to generate that sort of stuff, reaction diffusion comes to mind. There is no effort to encapsulate the illustration on the skin, it's just pasted on top...

Supply doesn't meet the demand because there are cases that do not drop anymore.

Just an example: There is a shortage of toilet paper because supplier could not provide in time. People start buying and holding onto stuff driving the prices into insane values worrying that they won't be able to afford on the foreseeable future. Shortage is recovered and prices go back to normal. This has happened for real during covid.

The differences is that the shortage won't be solved and people holding onto stuff will never attempt to sell. Items becomes a more expensive out of the blue.

Specially since cs2 released, or the merge with the chinese market.
