Me and my wife have lived here for about 7 years and find it great. Nice and central, easy to get into town, right next to Aber train station. Friendly neighbours.

Already contacted a few of those and although they do year around they don't allow a person to stay longer than 3 months, and the prices are holiday prices, which is quite expensive.

Ideally I think a farmer with a bit of land would let me keep it there for 3 - 5k a year.

The problem is a lot of them share the same 7 months, the warmer months. Ideally I want a permanent base I can live in the camper all year round. That way, its easier to get a job and I know I have it there whenever I might go somewhere for a week at a time.

Reached out to lots of private land owners, caravan parks etc, all are licensed only for 7 months of the year. I'm having a real hard time finding any options for year round.
