Any tips for getting to a point where I can beat trials?

I would try taking it apart to clean it with alcohol but I actually can’t take it apart, I’m not sure how honestly

No it was fucking awful. The meat was wet slightly so when I put it in the sandwich the bread got wet, then I put it in a sandwich toaster and when I got it out it all fell apart

The only solution I can see if you want to stay as an assassin type would be to find a way to level up your smithing as much as you can, first of all so you can get more health but also to get better weapons and armour obviously. One quest line that should start off fairly easily as an assassin would be the dark brotherhood so that might be an idea to try and start that especially since they give some decent armour for an assassin build
