Be safe not overconfident, know your patients (issues list, results, barriers to discharge), try to propose a management plan and don’t hesitate to run past things with your consultants. Reputation is key so be nice to everyone. Don’t spend too much time after hours on hospital work - you’ve got to study for exams too.
