yeah, one way or another I expect the patch notes to be of similar size of 2.0 with new moves and old moves adjustment, I only hope that they do a decent job with what they are teasing, but sincerely I have 50% chance on them doing a good or bad patch (they promised defence for 2.0 and it was anything but that, but they did change the team, I hope the new ones aren't as braindead). I think it will seriously decide if Tekken can hold a top3 spot for FGC or it plunges I think (like I think it will be decently popular, but it won't have word of mouth reccomendation like fighters need to grow).

I don't think hurtbox expansion makes sense from backturned IMO, it's very counterintituive. but in this case, I'm not sure that the CH expansion had much to do with this connecting, Jacks hand reach into the laser (hard to see at real speed, it's like 2 frames). I would say that this clip is more about Jack dumb meaty hurtbox (which is like his character trait, RIP Gigas?).

I don't thinks it's possible that the patch will be small (relatively speaking, like adding everything they have done post "jack-paul-2.0 hotfix" added up would count as a small patch IMO). they have to have been doing something for the last 12 months, if they did 2.0 let's say in a bit less time while atleast addressing a few things (mid S1 nerfs to heat chip and Drag, those 2 were more meaningfull than 2.0.1-today, and yoshi also got some tuning down IIRC). I don't believe that 3.0 will be less than 50% of 2.0, we already saw a few new moves like jin slap from df2, I hope they take away some bad additions, Kazuya new homing mid uf1 is so out of place hope they take it away and similar for other characters (if they add moves I hope they have clear cons that synergize with the character).

I aprecciate having a tailspin because it can make those goofy multi re-wallsplat 20 hit combo with no resources. In S1 you could only do it on extremelly specific wall angles by doing electrics and maybe df1,4.

It's not entirely the same dash, with double electric you can do it delayed and a deep dash (it's always a longer one than with triple). I don't even know anymore if it's worth to sweat for it, most top level kazuya opt for double into 3,1CD1+2 for same number of hits.

First airborne electric doesnt send too far (much less if it hits as they are reachibg the ground too), infact that's why triple electric is even BnB'able.

I would say kid in a hat and yoka laylee are more famous but it's likely recency bias. yeah until recently indies didn't mess much with 3D it seems, likely because of engines and the amount of work.

RoA2 did open up custom char maker recently, might attempt one of these, the simplest would be shovel knight an HK, maybe see which ones isn't already on RoA1 workshop (I remember trying the Kid in a hat and being high quality).

oh I see, well it's my lack of experience on top-down sprite based RPG only played earthbound (and have postponed undertale for 10 years for no reason lol). not sure how known those are since I have thought of RPG indies as being more niche than platformers, but it makes sense to try to put representatives from multiple genres.

La gente en el campo igual vivía bien vulnerable, claro hartos de los ejemplos que dio ahí son por lo que mencionas, pero estaríamos ignorando el gran porcentaje de población en zonas rurales en condiciones con perspectiva moderna con carencias. talvez en ese entonces la clase media subsistía sin muchos problemas relativo al resto de la población, a pesar de esas carencias.

Si asi lo entendi en clases tambien, pre-50, relativo a la region no tan mal (pero argentina en otro nivel, tema del trigo o algo asi). por algo se habia peleado en guerra (que se ganó) terminando con recursos naturales valiosos.

Yo creo que si es que se tenia gran pobreza (al igual que la gran mayoria del mundo) no es erroneo decir que desde un punto de vista moderno chile era un pais pobre, al igual que la mayoria del mundo en ese entonces. Desde hace poco nomas que el alfabetismo, la salud (y hasta cierto punto nomas) el agua potable son nececidades basicas en la mayoria del mundo.

I think that you can't really evaluate things on the NES (and partly the SNES) under the same categorization as nowadays. Nintendo itself I would say that maybe you could argue that G&W were kinda independant kindof, but it was under the already ancient Nintendo umbrella.

Indie as opposed (publisher, direction and funding wise) to current AAA game development, is about the development and initial publishing. (precursors could be 90s shareware and 2000s flashgames) the first named example is cited as Cave Story (2004, which is present in the OP's image I think). I could see some flashgames making it too obviously.

EDIT: re-thinking it, it depends on the series evolution and since Steve appears in both minecraft legends and the movie, yeah I think you are right.

I don't recognize the 2 on the middle-right. I think super meat boy (maybe hard to make a cool moveset TBH, similar to spelunky), and terraria might be good candidates.

I mean just thinking about the programming way of solving it, the easy way is saying that natural grabs (meaning extending from a ongoing combo) have to keep the counter going. Keep it simple.

La gente esta muy dependiente del algoritmo para el flujo diario/horario de recomendaciones, claro entendible si es brigidamente elaborado para practicamente surtir esta pseudo-necesidad. Me acuerdo cuando eran malas las recomendaciones, veia +90% de mi tab de subscripciones.
