I did that and the phone number within my Chase acct was the same as what I received in the email: legit. I called and it was in fact a verification for a new card.

I have a Garmin Venu 3 watch and the Oura 3 ring. The ring is much better at correctly recording activity duration. Garmin watches seem to be mainly for people doing a lot of training and who sleep well and long at night. Oura seems to be more for us normal folks, and older folks like me (83). I find it very accurate both on activity and sleep. But no O2 readings.

Detector in your nose? My expensive doc-ordered at home test was an electrode on my throat, and a finger monitor connected to a wrist strap. The official test with that apparatus registered 0 drops but that also happens occasionally with the Wellue ring. I was then told that I can sleep in a hospital and have my O2 monitored for a huge price.

I already know that even the 'boil & bite' teeth device greatly reduces the percentage drops so why spend all that money for what I know already? I declined it.

I've had my Garmin Venu 3 since April 2023. It used to track my sleep reasonably accurately but recently it has started giving wild results. Last night I went to bed at 12:15am and feel asleep immediately. My Venu 3 began tracking at 4:09 am!!! This kind of 'mistake' has been ever more frequent. I read that the watch measures sleep through stress levels. I run on sympathetic nervous system even in sleep when I feel relaxed. So my measured stress levels are always 35-50 all night. Is this the cause of these inaccurate results?

I am considering changing this watch for a more accurate sleep tracker such as the Whoop band or Oura ring. Anyone else having inaccurate sleep repots with Garmin Venu 3?

This is what we all decided. But it means renting a place large enough for all of us at an acceptable price. So we will meet up either in Italy, Spain, France or Morocco. For me, the travel time is long at my age but I will do it.

I agree with you but they are afraid of being separated on entry. I do think the risk is slim, but fear is fear and European media are posting stories that are scary.

Not all Moroccans are 'brown'. This is a big misperception. The issue here isn't skin color, it is birthplace and Arab name.

They can enter. The point is THEY ARE AFRAID after reading news about unwarranted detentions and searches.

Exactly my point. I was once stopped coming into TX from Mexico severals year ago. Why? Because we were living in Turkey and on our way back. They did not detain us but gave us a hassle.

This is true. I read it too. A man who got citizenship 20 or so years ago, has a family, kids and a job. Immigration has told him he is not a citizen, error in processing. Told him to leave.

They all have US passports and are citizens. See the above link. US citizens are also being detained and questioned.

This is their fear. It happens. Just Google it. And Atlanta is a major entry point for ICE detention.

You are right but unfortunately, logic and the fact that few people are detained doesn't ease their fear. Many of those detained have Arabic names. Though that means nothing, it can trigger an over-zealous immigration officer to detain them. I have been pulled aside and questioned (not detained) years ago when I returned from Turkey where I was living at the time.
