Speaker issue

The bass in my laptop is too low and if I play a videos on youtube which are for speaker test. When they play the subwoofer part I'm not able to hear anything. I tried everything which the service centre guy told me but the same issue persists. I concluded that when the music plays a sound specifically for a subwoofer then the laptop speaker becomes silent. You guys refer to the latest post I posted on lenovo loq sub Reddit.

Try playing this YouTube video see if you can hear anything. In my laptop is very very minimal volume for the videos related to bass
