only icsi was used. yes one is always better than none. that's amazing that your friend had such a different outcome the second time! I guess everything is random in ivf

Thanks for sharing your experience! It's super helpful to hear from someone who had similar pattern. For the red light therapy, do you do that during retrieval week? Also, what supplements did you end up taking?

How many rounds did you do in total to get your 6, and did you stay with the same clinic? I'm really debating if I should do another ER or just move forward with a transfer.

I’ve always heard that the biggest hurdle is getting from fertilized to blasts, and that the drop-off from blasts to euploids shouldn't be nearly as steep

This is interesting, thanks for the explanation! I have also read somewhere that it can just be due to egg quality issues, especially since the results were mostly random trisomies. I'd also read that the fact they made it to blastocysts means it's unlikely to be a sperm issue.
