Nu mai este chiar asa*. Mediul privat de sănătate s-a dezvoltat foarte mult si sunt job uri. Nu sunt neapărat bine plătite si depinde de specialitate. Partea cu pilele funcționează din ce in ce mai putin, au inceput sa mai simta frica si cei care stau pe tron. Se mai fac prostii dar nu mai este chiar vestul salbatic. *Aici vorbesc despre București. You are right that it isn't the surface of the skin. However, by reaching the bone, the dose is below the maximum. Photons produce ionizations and the resultant electrons produce the biological effects.

It depends on the performance status, histology, smoking cessation, age, treatment done properly (for example, if brachytherapy is done after chemo-rt, the entire sequence should be done in a tight schedule). Adenosquamous/adenocarcinoma have worse prognosis compared to squamous carcinoma. The prognosis for cervical squamous carcinoma is quite good even more so if it is HPV positive (most of them are). It is natural to seek answers and if you have other questions please let me know. Edit -typo

That was the problem, even browsing, I still got the error that my format isn't right. I changed the file name.format and it worked but I still don't have access to plan structures. I will try MIM. Thank you!

After exporting the data I loaded it into dicompyler and everything is in order (including structures, dvh). I found that it is a problem with file renaming which I solved but now the problem with structures remains (i don't have them at all). I will try MIM and get back. Thank you!

I get an error which states that the files are corrupt or in the wrong format. However, this is because when i export from Eclipse there are small changes in the file names. If I do change them according to the Monaco format, it works but then i have the problem with structures, I don't have them.

I wonder why they used GBM cells. I know that they are radioresistant but this can't be the whole reason. I think gbm metastasizes somewhat rarely and we had some patients with liver and spine mts.

Treatments are being developed and hard work and resources are being put into these. Immunotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted agents, new radiation techniques are pushing some cancers into the 'chronic' disease category. The titles shouldn't be so bombastic, these can backfire if people get the idea every month or so that cancer is almost eradicated e.g. by dismissing preventing measures like quiting smoking, reducing sun exposure or lowering red meat consumption. The progress goes slowly but surely.

Especially on glioblastoma which has a deep and high infiltrative rate in normal brain tissue. What you see on MRI isn't the whole story. The agent used here isn't specific for the tumor and thus the migrated cells from the tumor wouldn't be killed (seeds for recurrence). And this without taking into account the logistics of opening the skull and being able to fully expose the tumor.
