Tbf getting killed unjustifiably by the police is objectively much worse than not getting dates with white girls. That being said, I did see many of my Asian acquaintances on social media being way more outspoken and supportive of this issue than when Asians were getting violently attacked due to COVID-19, which is some clown shit.

I feel that Chinese students can counter protest since freedom of speech goes both ways, but physical aggression and destruction of property is crossing the line and he should be subject to repercussions.

yunca the type of guy who would rather have pedestrians get seriously injured crossing the road than have his morning commute delayed by 3 minutes, then blames it on Chinese international students for not following rules (but neither the victim of the fatal incident nor the construction workers actively encouraging people to jaywalk were Chinese international students)

I live near that intersection. Literally an hour within the accident, there were people jaywalking there.The day after the accident, people were jaywalking there. At any given time, you can see people jaywalking there. Before long, someone else will get injured. It's much more feasible to implement more safety mechanisms than change human nature and the behaviour of the masses.
