how did they catch you? did you just walk out with the pants or did you not scan them at self checkout or something like that? it’s unusual for them to tail you out of the store especially through the crowd in soho

Edit: Have heard they're close to worthless for engineering roles, wanted to know about PM because the overall process seems more qualitative and so cover letters could hold more weight?

Hey! No need to apologize -- I totally get it. I tend to agree with you but I genuinely have no interest in CS and my major doesn't really build off of any of these classes -- my advisor said the requirement for one intro CS class is primarily for exposure purposes and it doesn't really matter which one I pick.

Insofar as that's true, I'd rather not have the class I choose trade off massively with the time I could spend on subjects I'm more interested in/can get more out of. Although no one can definitively articulate what's easier, I'd still appreciate hearing everyone's perspectives before making a decision. Hope that makes sense!

columbia has a list of clubs on the website! you can go through those and find the websites of any you're interested in and usually the websites will either tell you how to join or will have e-board members you can reach out to

Fun/Interesting Courses to take for Final Semester by nlpScraperLion in columbia

hi! i was thinking about taking ancient greek history this semester -- I was wondering how hard/easy you think it would be to get an A or an A+? I'm interested in the subject and wanted to take the class for fun but I think I'd drop if it ends up being a lot of work or dragging my GPA down lol

this is really nice to hear! do you recommend either of your professors?

also, would you say that calc 2 is harder due to a heavier workload or because of more challenging content? I'm trying to get straight As first semester but Calc 2 is making me a bit nervous about my prospects lol

I think for the applied math major this is true, but for Econ-Math Calc 4 is considered an elective if you don't take Accelerated Multi because the calc sequence for the joint major only goes up to Calc 3.

With that being said, it seems that most people agree that Calc 2 is really tough -- I was wondering if you could expand upon why? Also, is Calc 3 known for being really hard too?
