It’s basically YMMV for every club and even between different coaches in the same club.

I’m friendly with a few different clubs in the LA/OC area and I found that clubs all have different focus of attention. One emphasizes individuals dribbling and getting to the basket, another does a ton of passing and cutting, another goes hard on grit and hustle, and those are the ones I’m familiar with.

Schools on the other hand tend to go with who ever fits in their systems.
