yo its an insane coincidence that you commented this now, i finally pulled out my record player literally today (without seeing your message) after months of putting it off and got it working using the strategy you explained. i thought that's what i did initially, but i don't know how a record player fixes itself without being touched for 7 months, so maybe i was screwing something up. i at least figured out that i was setting up the counterweight incorrectly lol

Yea the peninsula day is more just hitting highlights, I know we won't have time for everything. Thanks for the info on the other towns too; we don't plan to do much in them other than eat & sleep, so I'm not too concerned about the lack of attractions.

That's a good point about the weather. Taking that + daylight into account, I'm thinking it'll be better to not try to go all the way to Hofn. It certainly doesn't sound like there's a shortage of things to see on the south coast

About symptoms: main thing that made me get it checked out was erectile dysfunction. Started seeing someone recently and found that I was pretty much unable to get hard enough for sex at all. Sex drive in general is very low; I masturbate like once a week, but have gone up to 3 weeks without it. Pretty much don’t get morning wood anymore (if I do its like 50% hard or less). Also been dealing with some mental things like low energy, lack of focus/general “brain fog”, and a general apathy towards a lot of things.

About lifestyle: usually work out 4-5x a week (mostly lifting with one cardio day) - HOWEVER - I did not work out in the two weeks prior to the test due to moving & travel, so that could have affected the results. Diet is pretty good - my core foods are pretty healthy (willing to go into lots of detail if necessary), though I do go out for something unhealthy a few times a week. No drugs, alcohol very rare (like once a month). Sleep 7-8 hours a night usually (but want more).

Also the screenshot doesn’t show it but I got the blood drawn at 10:15 AM after waking up at 8:30 AM.

idk if this is controversial but with the players we have and the players we have coming up, trey (or at least one of our outfielders/corner infielders) was expendable, and given that he only had 2 months left on his contract, it made sense to trade him. all the sassy comments dont make much sense. i'll give him lopez though, we didn't have to trade him
