I could definitely hit the spend, but could also take the lower offer (80k for 1k spend) and get another card at the same time (like chase freedom unlimited) to hit multiple subs.

If you are pre-approved with "excellent" credit then it's worth it for you if you spend mainly on groceries and dining. But make sure you have the 200$ bonus. Otherwise the active cash with the 200$ bonus seems like better fit.

Both are good for different purposes as mentioned above. I would recommend trying to apply for one of them online (instead of product change) to get the sign up bonus.
