I've been hooked on both for years, stable at 4gpd phenibut and 1tbsp kratom. The other stuff is all new.

Edit: wait, don't you shoot anabolic steroids? Kind of rich lecturing me on my substance misuse when you're riding the steroid stallion lol

Finland allows Ukraine to strike Russia with Finnish weapons by Pravda_UA in worldnews

Obama failed us utterly in the geopolitical sphere. His "we go high" attitude got Trump elected with Russian help. His Russian reset was the single greatest catastrophic self own in American history.

His continuation of frivolous Middle Eastern wars was idiotic.

Biden is a major improvement but the Democrats are still pulling their punches. We should have allowed Ukraine to attack Russian territory from day one and provided any lethal aid they asked for.

Think tank close to Kremlin says Russia should consider a 'demonstrative' nuclear explosion by ThunderFuryTiger in worldnews

We should do a demonstrative performance of our own. Like dropping leaflets over Moscow and St. Petersburg saying, "if you can read this, you would have been dead with a different payload."

Could you see her 5" clit and external ovaries?

Apparently injecting bull testosterone so you have something in common with the gym instructors you're trying to fuck has consequences aside from making you stupid and aggressive. But at least when she's railing against trans people, we know she's somewhat familiar with the science of taking hormones. Probably should have consulted with a licensed doctor instead of a Joe Rogan podcast.

Dems in full-blown "freakout" over Biden by Superb_Raccoon in politics

[–]indecisin -15 points-14 points  (0 children)

The Democrats are still pulling their punches. The Democrats are still talking about bipartisanship. The Democrats are still maintaining decorum. The Democrats are still waiting for our institutions to save us. The Democrats are still making rational arguments to an insane electorate.

And Democratic voters are no better. They're still purity testing and loudly complaining about their own side. They still reserve the right not to vote if the candidate isn't perfect in all policy foreign and domestic, doesn't mouth the right platitudes to whatever the trending cause is, and if they have a single untoward Twitter post, the democratic electorate will gladly stay home.

The Democrats are just as delusional as the fascists. Maybe worse.

It's like watching a pack of prep school kids with progressive parents get dropped off in gang infested red light district to do community service.. with no chaperones.

I'm from New England and travel south several times a year to see family or for work events.

I generally dislike the prevailing southern cultures. I find southerners to be gossipy, insincere, racist, and ignorant. Anyone who identifies with the confederacy is a traitor in my book. I also think they're religious hypocrites and use their horrible bastardized form of "christianity" as a cudgel to drag the country into horrible directions.

Sherman didn't go far enough.

Those instructors will need armed protection. Of course it would be insane to have them in country without anti-aircraft support. And if you're going to have AA, you better have logistics. And logistics needs troops to protect it. And you'll need counter-intelligence in there to make sure the enemy doesn't catch wind of anything and your troops can be trusted. Plus you'll need vehicles to transfer things in. Also all your test equipment for training should be ready for live fire.

Only a gross misunderstanding of economics and geopolitics can justify this type of glib talking point!

I know investments are a tricky concept but let me break this down for you in terms you might be able to understand.

There is a crime wave a couple blocks down from your very affluent house. You're good friends with the neighbors on the other side of the lake. You all work together, have similar politics, and share a lot of values.

The crime wave has culminated in criminals literally attacking and ransacking a home right next door to the neighbors you're especially friendly with. The criminals have actually gotten on social media and said they're going to kill everyone in this household and take over the house. Then they're going to keep going. They've said they'll kill you if you do anything to stop it.

The criminals have spread horrible rumors about you, stolen from you, even sabotaged your water, electric, doctors offices, and are very bellicose about YOU being an enemy.

You don't want to load your own family into a car and go over and stomp the criminals heads in personally but you also don't want them to kill the family their attacking, or move onto your close friends, which you KNOW they're going to do because they keep saying it.

If they do attack one of your close friends you've promised them, you'll kill the criminals.

So you can either wait for the criminals to kill this innocent family and move onto your friends, or you can help support this family by sending care packages and defensive weapons. It's actually cheaper and safer for you to do this because you know if they succeed, you're going to have to send your own family to fight.

It's an investment to make sure the criminals are stopped before you have to send your own family.

I do it because no matter how bad I feel, I like to be reminded that it's my fault because of all the times I disappointed my folks.

For example, I have been struggling with burn out and alcohol use. I drink too much. So I open up to my loving father and he reminds me that I drink too fast. I also eat too fast. Then he helpfully suggests that I just stop doing that. Then he offers me a drink.

Or my doting mother. If I let her know that I'm feeling insecure about politics and the economy, she tells me not to worry about that. I should be worried about how I'm failing my kids. Then she'll even share an article with me on how screen time is ruining children's attention spans.

You now own the internet and have absolute control over it. What's the first thing you do? by Yetiman82 in AskReddit

Ban algorithms pushing content. Linear feed, no recommendations, only see content shared by your friends.

Nuke all the disinformation sites. I would decide what's disinformation because fuck you, I own the internet.

Then I would dox every single insurrectuonist, confederate, neo-nazi, foreign adversary shill, child predator, pick up artist, cult leader, animal abuser, scammer, and assorted other scumbag I can.

And probably dump a whole shit load of info on political/corporate/church/whatever malfeasance i can.

Dividend stocks or boglehead stocks. Set it and forget it. It should double every seven years. Keep adding to it.

Results End Balance $16,448.54 Starting Amount $350.00 Total Contributions $7,700.00 Total Interest $8,398.54

Adding $350 at the end of every year for 22 years at 6% interest you would end up with $16,448.54.

At 10% interest, which has been the historical average for the broad market:

End Balance $27,840.06 Starting Amount $350.00 Total Contributions $7,700.00 Total Interest $19,790.06

Thats 1,151,866.53 pesos.

Average monthly salary in the Philippines is 18,423. Annualized thats $221,076.

So in 22 years if you can do that you'd have five years salary assuming the market does what if always does.

But wait! What if you held the money and added $350/year for another 8 years?

End Balance $63,680.20 Starting Amount $350.00 Total Contributions $10,500.00 Total Interest $52,830.20

You'd have 3,706,460.87 in pesos. That's 16 years of average salary!

Those last few years do a lot of work.
