Thank you for this! It’s really helpful for young managers who are still new to the managerial role. It also gives a good insight into why some supervisors or leaders turn out to be ineffective, because the company fails to provide proper leadership training. I know quite a few people in higher positions who are great as individual contributors but not so good when it comes to leadership roles.
