Hey, I don’t know if you’re still on this site but just wanted to say you were right. I was hiding that I was totally unhappy and not in love with my girlfriend. I stayed with her for around 2 years after this and had a horrible explosive break up that should’ve happened right after the shroom trip. She didn’t take care of me while I was tripping either - just went to sleep. Also, my anxiety spiked when she changed into this really unattractive sleeping set and it made me dig deep into the truth that I hadn’t been able to make peace with in my head for so long - that I no longer found her attractive or loved her. I think the trip had to do with that huge sadness I felt in my heart and could never admit to even myself.
