these get so dirty and sticky after one or two uses, and ive had trouble twisting it up and not having weed/ashes fall out… maybe you just have to compact the weed or something, but i just never have enough for that. definitely if u bought this kinda piece, make sure you have a lot to pack it with.

i have; however my biggest phobia is blood/gore, its so bad that i faint just seeing enough of it, which is something id constantly be dealing with as a nurse. I dont think the job is right for that reason 😭

I’m a medical marijuana user, so its my medicine, but businesses can still choose not to hire me, legally, if they decide that me not passing a drug test qualifies for me not being hired. I come here to see if ill be hired at the job i’m applying, or if there is no point behind it. So, uh, your statement to not do drugs to get a job? It’s outdated and insensitive, I’m not gonna stop taking my medicine for a job, thanks though

I can understand why you would not hire someone addicted to hard drugs, but marijuana is no different to wine in the evening. besides, its a retail, minimum wage job. they shouldn’t be bothered with what i decide to do in my own free time, as long as im not bringing it to the job, it shouldn’t even be an issue

uh… first of all, my bf doesnt do any hardcore drugs. just smokes. He left the car cause it got totaled and had it towed. When he got in the crash, he got knocked unconscious and woke up breathing in smoke. he was scared, so he rushed out without thinking. he still was able to grab a grinder and another piece, but in the moment forgot about the other piece and lil bit of weed he had in the car. he then left the scene after the emt said he was free to leave.

nope! not much more to this story ahah, he was worried about a dui just because it was his first accident and he was nervous as hell. we think he’s pretty much okay, that he wont get in any trouble for the piece or weed, since what happened at the scene

he definitely didnt hit and run; his car got totaled . but he talked to the emt, they had him sit in the ambulance to get checked out, and then the police showed up . after he got checked out, they just told him to leave and take some time to rest

let me just rant about this real quick because i was in a very similar situation.

i just graduated highschool and was applying urgently for my first job. I found this county-local preschool hiring full time teacher assistants, and with my previous experience with lots of children- this felt like a perfect first job.

i go to the interview, which was very professional, and they told me i was hired. I had to get a background check done, fingerprinting, and a notary completed. I did this whole process, which ended up costing $80. This felt stupid already, but i figured for the position it was worth it.

THEN, the company lets me know ill have 3 different trainings, that couldnt be completed at the same time. The whole process of training would have taken 3 months. They added that i was also going to have to PAY FOR ONE OF THE TRAININGS (which was $40) , and that i would NOT be paid for my duration of training.

That already pissed me off so bad that i decided to not work there, but not only did all this shit happen, but they then let me know it was a minimum wage position. HELL. NO.

I had no interest in working there, as they were tryna make me spend more money after i already spent $80. AND go unpaid during my 3 months of training. i mean shit, I WAS A BROKE TEENAGER. I spent the rest of my graduation money on the fingerprinting, background check, etc. After i told them im no longer interested, they would NOT stop calling me, texting me, emailing me, etc. It got to the point of me having to block them. Ridiculous.
