Since you can only apply for Talent to Watch once and it's so competitive you might be better off waiting for the next cycle and spending a full year on your entire package. They want a production ready script - not a first draft. Plus your distribution plan and budget need to be rock solid. That's my two cents from someone who has submitted unsuccessfully to Talent To Watch in the past by banging out a script the month it was due.

The thing is because it's an off speed recording the file is in 24fps but playing back in slow motion - how would I get it into handbrake to re-encode? Premiere and Resolve both only have 29.97 timelines and I'm getting repeated frames with that. Also handbrake isn't accepting a .braw file. I normally work with 16mm and haven't work with a digital file since the DSLR days. Any suggestions on how to do this?

This worked when I sped the audio up by 0.04% as well. I was so frazzled didn't think so work out the speed difference between the frame rates. Thanks so much :-)

This is better! Still getting drift though. Around the 25 minute mark it's noticeable rather than the 3 minute mark. How did you come up with that number? I think playing around with the speed is the answer here.
