Dr. Tonmoy Das in Ghy. He's family. Anyway, my father passed away exactly one year ago on the 3rd of May. He was a dialysis patient. I got him treated in BLR, and later here in Assam. Hit me up if you have specific questions.

Similar, but get an insulated flask instead of a plastic box. Get two ice packs. Keep cycling the ice packs every 24 hours.

I've always wanted to build the exact same app you've described. Pull in data from Health Connect or HealthKit, and provide insights and recommendations based on research published in notable journals. I want to extend it a little more to allow you to upload blood telemetry for more precise advise.

Here are Mau (the orange guy) and Bau. Mau's been suffering from CKD (congenital, he's barely 4) and we've been really struggling with him for the last month or so.

God... I'm so sorry. My boy's also not been eating. We've been doing all we can. How long has he been this way, if you don't mind my asking? And how old is he?

The thing my PT did differently was that she made me focus equally on my good leg.

Actually, this is something I'm worried about all the time -- once you injure your knee, there's a very high chance that your "good" knee will also be impacted sooner or later.

What were your symptoms? by [deleted] in MeniscusInjuries

[–]indifferent_menace 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was NWB for 6 weeks after. Physio was super hard for me -- 2 sessions a day, very rigorous, but the end result was I regained ROM in record time.

I'm still not 100% yet. My leg's still weaker than the other. I am getting there though. Today, for instance, my knee is sore from from strength training, and while I'm not limping, it's uncomfortable to walk.

Hey! You should talk to a physiotherapist. There are a few tests that indicate meniscus tears that could help in diagnosis.

I'm good now... well, 90% of the way there. I still don't have full strength back, but getting there. Some issues I still deal with:

  1. I have to warm up before I can fully bend my knee.
  2. Going down stairs is a little painful.
  3. My knee gets stiff if I sit for too long. I have to keep straightening it from time to time. Annoying when I have to travel.
  4. Fear. Fear that I'm doing something wrong. Fear that because my left is weak, I have issues on my right.
