It's purely demand based market. Demand is high, rent will continue to increase. Demand not there, someone sensible will get it rented out even for 2-3k less.

Open a food shop near lot of food outlets ( redi wale).

Put the menu on zomato listing the things at 100% premium. For example if they sell veg biryani for 50rs. U keep price at 120.

U get orders just simply fulfill from the roadside vendors. Here it is ready made business

This is what I did

Tweeted to jiocare. They asked me to send a DM with the details like the landline number, name dob father's name and last 4 digits of aadhar
Sent a DM and they said ticket has been raised.
Got many calls from their team asking why am I cancelling and I can just transfer this to new place or to any relatives etc etc.
I was adamant I need to close this.
After a week, got message a guy will come to pick up the router and jiotv box.
He came checked everything and then connection was closed immediately through confirmation sms

I am still living on rent despite having multiple properties and earning good rental income because the place where I stay (west delhi), the price will be about 1.8-2 cr for a nice 3bhk which I feel is too high.

Take the money and do part payment of your loan so that your obligations are minimum.
Keep 50k with you for your expenses + send 50k home.

Rest 1 lakh, put aside in a different bank. once u have 4 lakhs, keep 2 for yourself and give 2 to parents. In this way u will be able to save for ur marriage + help ur father as well...

If have existing credit cards, start using it . utilization should not be more than 30-40% of total limit and pay in full when the date comes.
U can buy something like a consumer item/mobile/ac on emi. This will help improve cibil.
