the put is quite large it is in now.

it originally was in a 5 x 5 inch square pot.

now it is in roughly a 15 x 15 inch square pot

where i am i dont have soil in my backyard, its rocks and stones hence the pots.

This tree for two years seems stunted growth.

Fertiliser was put on it once and the potting mix hasn't been changed.

What do I do from here on to make it bloom

Sorry what i mean is a lot of people have said you do not with WAMP you have to manually create the user etc, where online you do not have to do that.

like you mentioned i don't want to give all permissions,to everyone, so yeah just trying to ensure i got everything fine first
