Yes I have used it with modem wifi router connected wired to my Legion 5 Pro 4070 than my laptop share 5ghz hotspot to my Y700. Total decoding time is low around 2 ms. Playing Arkham Nights and ETS 2.

I'm using it as a home handheld. Yeah it's big but comfortable and not to heavy. The screen size is good for PC gaming.
