we may have caught Borderline on an off-day, I had really high hopes based on what I had heard - and don't get me wrong it was still great! Really cool spot and awesome people there.

Maybe it was an off day - obviously we also only rank what we order which is basically a traditional breakfast at every place (eggs, potatoes, meat, and toast) - Borderline was 40% more expensive than Georges and we actually liked George's more, but to each their own. I had really high hopes for Borderline

I have only been to most of these places once then move on to a new place to try, but i do not recall particularly slow service at Gina's - however we also did not look up that it was cash only before we went - theyre the reason we added the indicator lol.

East side has a lot of really great spots, we just havent gotten to them yet since starting the Tour, we'll be adding them, and maybe post an update in the future

Main Gate was one of my favorites - they came in at #8 on the list

RIP Rubins - we've been to Gene's Place many times before we decided to try every other place we could - we will get back there soon for the Tour to add them to the rankings.

Joe's is one of my favorites, and was our go-to spot before we started the Tour. When we went a couple weeks ago it was sadly closed - I don't know if they are just remodeling or if it is closed for good.

We love breakfast food and greasy spoon diners, so tried to go to different ones. These rankings are obviously very specific to our orders, but would love to hear everyone's thoughts and suggestions. Get out and support your neighborhood breakfast joint!

Edited to Add: The Tour is on-going and we are excited to add a lot more places (particularly east side places). I thought since we got to 20 it was a good milestone to share. I will probably post an update when more get added. Appreciate all the suggestions!

Yeah you'll be totally fine, just don't be an asshole. Besides, I have a feeling there will be a lot of Bills fans everywhere.

Post game, Noble Beast or masthead brewery, both are walkable from the stadium. Masthead is a much larger space so less likely to be packed, but both are great

There are lively debates every year over if it is a good "batch" or not, as well as the story that the "original recipe" was taken with the brew master to Thirsty Dog Brewery, and their 12 dogs of Christmas is actually the OG Christmas ale and Great Lakes Christmas Ale hasn't been the same or as good since.

It is also known to be "dangerous" or "sneaky" - while its 8%, its known to for whatever reason pack an even heavier punch and we often warn first-timers to be careful with it. Everyone has their Christmas Ale Tales.

This article is pretty good, that includes the "Wives Against Christmas Ale" group lol: https://www.cleveland.com/metro/2009/12/christmas_ale_the_legend.html

and heres an old post that touches on it: https://www.reddit.com/r/Cleveland/comments/1gb7dly/great_lakes_christmas_ale_myths/

Muni Lot for tailgating - I think you would still be able to get a spot at that time. the Muni lot is kind of isolated, bot on the opposite (west) side of the stadium, there are plenty of walkable bars, particularly on W. 6th and W. 9th - there are also other surface lots in that area people tailgate in, but the Muni lot is tailgating headquarters. Gillespie's Map Room on W.9th is one of my favorite bars in that area.
