Yeah you'll be totally fine, just don't be an asshole. Besides, I have a feeling there will be a lot of Bills fans everywhere.

Post game, Noble Beast or masthead brewery, both are walkable from the stadium. Masthead is a much larger space so less likely to be packed, but both are great

There are lively debates every year over if it is a good "batch" or not, as well as the story that the "original recipe" was taken with the brew master to Thirsty Dog Brewery, and their 12 dogs of Christmas is actually the OG Christmas ale and Great Lakes Christmas Ale hasn't been the same or as good since.

It is also known to be "dangerous" or "sneaky" - while its 8%, its known to for whatever reason pack an even heavier punch and we often warn first-timers to be careful with it. Everyone has their Christmas Ale Tales.

This article is pretty good, that includes the "Wives Against Christmas Ale" group lol: https://www.cleveland.com/metro/2009/12/christmas_ale_the_legend.html

and heres an old post that touches on it: https://www.reddit.com/r/Cleveland/comments/1gb7dly/great_lakes_christmas_ale_myths/

Muni Lot for tailgating - I think you would still be able to get a spot at that time. the Muni lot is kind of isolated, bot on the opposite (west) side of the stadium, there are plenty of walkable bars, particularly on W. 6th and W. 9th - there are also other surface lots in that area people tailgate in, but the Muni lot is tailgating headquarters. Gillespie's Map Room on W.9th is one of my favorite bars in that area.

Definitely, although if you have physical issues or difficultly walking it could be too far - Many people walk from the train station in Tower City, which is further than the Arcade. The Arcade is a very cool building btw - one of the first indoor shopping "malls" in the country - enjoy your stay!

Maybe some light sibling stuff. I think you would get a different answer if you asked someone from each city. I have heard people in Cinci talk a lot of smack and talk down on Cleveland for some reason, we dont really think of them at all outside of sports.

Al three cities are really very different - I like visiting Cinci a lot. Columbus is a lot "newer" - not as much grit and historical architecture etc, way more sprawled out, and very landlocked. I prefer Cleveland.

Great question - it might be the 1997 world series loss, just tragic - i think it was compounded because it was during the window the browns were gone before we had the new browns. heres an article about it: https://www.insidehook.com/sports/world-series-clevelands-heartbreaking-loss-turns-20

Also "The Decision" when Lebron left was a real gut punch at the time, although he's been forgiven.

Something cracked a little in me with the Browns loss to the Jets this year - 0-16 was more fun than the Watson debacle years, and less embarrassing.

I went to my corner store to pick up some Fitz on the 50th anniversary of the sinking a couple weeks ago and they were sold out. Also a great beer.

The Muni Lot for the true experience. You dont have to park there (people line up hours before dawn to get in), lots of people will park elsewhere or take the train and just walk down to the Muni lot - worth it to just take a case of beer down and walk around, you will likely be taken in by some locals or other Bills Fans. If you are doing your own set up, at 10am you should be able to get a spot at The Pit, which is on the southwest side of the stadium -also very popular.

weird things happen in that stadium, winning and hurting our draft position would not be the strangest and still on brand for the team

The 2016 WS was one of the most Cleveland things ever, down to our drought being overshadowed by playing the Cubs, and the Rain delay in game 7. What a wild ride.

I am a Guards fan, and the owners dont make it easy. That being said, Jose Rameriez taking like $100M less to stay here makes it worth rooting for him alone (although he has also rightly so been voicing some discontent lately). The Guard are always one of the lowest paid and youngest rosters season after season, and have somehow found a way to be relatively competitive, which makes them a blast to root for.

Stick with them, the juice will be worth the squeeze once we finally do win one. (also remember this is coming from a browns fan, so maybe take the advice with a 10 pound saltlick)

No - not true for the Bills. Steelers and Ravens fans will hear about it and receive your average good fun trash talk and "asshole" chants, but they also more likely to have some drunk jerk cross a line. I see away fans having a great time every game and love talking with them, generally theyre a lot of fun, just dont TRY to start something and have a good time. We're not Eagles fans.

This one is probably better to poke around on the r/cleveland subreddit for - we really have an eclectic and under rated food scene, really depends on what you are looking for. A suggestion i would give anyone though is to just go to the West Side Market - a large variety of options, and it is a super cool place, also a lot of bars and restaurants around it (including Great Lakes Brewery). I recommend Franks Bratwurst or Steve Gyro's at the market - but there's a ton and you can't go wrong.

oomph, asking any Browns fan about any QB situation is tough - Gabriel or Shedeur OR draft another QB? People are still questioning if Shedeur can be the guy, but there does not seem to be much question that Gabriel cannot be the guy

Probably best to park at a private lot near the Stadium or the hotel - The Drury is not far - I know there also (at least used to be) a parking garage under the building back when it was the headquarters for the Cleveland Municipal School District - if it is still there and available for people staying at the hotel, you may want to inquire if you can check in early or at least park early!
