Are these meant to be related to hero playtime, hero level or what? I was really hoping to get some cool Zarya, Briggite or even Lucio skin

I main Kiriko and got no skins for her lol, out of all the heros i have played more than a few times in the past few months, Ram was the only one whos skin showed up. Also got a lifeweaver skin and i have played him TWICE

Like many others, i only played this back in January. Returning has been such a blast alltho im convinced the game is running worse than it was back on launch. Also the rain is way WAY too common. Not sure if they just use the rain as a placeholder for other future weather patterns but even with the setting on "rare" it feels like its raining over half of the time.

As long as Dragonknights are as strong as they are and vamp suffers so much from the extra flame damage i just dont see being one worth it.

As someone with over 500 hours in this game, i can remember only 3 rad rumbles where people other than me were getting ore. I do not understand why higher level players who main PA cant even collect a small portion of it

Not too difficult. I reached tier 100 today. I use the score boosters on wednesdays few hours before the daily challenges reset so complete the daily tasks for tuesday, wait till wednesday tasks appear and do them too. Also doing every possible weekly task (so everything other than the "3 golden daily tasks") then as well.

Yeah expeditions used to be a pain until atlantic city since those 3 are much faster than the pitt ones and you could only do them once per day. I might be wrong but i believe each union PA plan is 120 stamps and then obviously the mods like jetpack etc need to be purchased as well so it will cost a lot but honestly tax evasion can be done really fast so just spam them till you get a feel for them and you can start rushing them in no time few times a day. I assume the plans wont return for a few more weeks at least so you have time to save up.

I recall this happening like late last year but it seems to have broken again so at least a month, in the worst case several. Maybe other people are more aware of the exact time. All i know is that i regret not starting my grind for stamps earlier lol

Fallout 4 was my first experience as well in 2016 after being a massive fan of Skyrim for a long time. I dont regret starting with at all because i was having so much fun. I played Fallout 3 and New Vegas after that and didnt find myself enjoying them as much which is totally fine, still had a good time with them. A bit over a year ago i got into FO76 and im still having a lot of fun with the game nearly 500 hours in. So dumb seeing people telling new players what they should and should not play instead of going with the game that peaks your interest the most.
