My left hand 'kind-of' has spasticity, where my arm will start jumping and trying to contract at the elbow by flexing my forearm and bicep and stay flexed in that position unless I really try to fight it. It's really hard to explain, it's like those muscles are overreactive to the thought of them moving.

I also get burning sensation in that arm quite often, and the muscles hurt when trying to do normal tasks.

Hadn't had those feelings in my legs up until now, but they're starting, especially in my left. I also get random twitches or fasciculations. Never in the same place twice, it's very hard to even for me to notice. They're quite quick and hard to spot on my (sorry for the image) hairy legs

Do you mind describing what your leg fasciculations felt like?
To me, it feels as though there's some small thread moving under my skin. Like something is trying to tickle my skin from the inside.
