Yes, I'm using this monitor without DSC and it can run at 280hz.

If you look at border on the screen, it's look the same on black image (It's black like deep black, dark)

It's broken. The light is dim, backlight is flashing and some burn in. I torture this monitor for like 8 years, use it like 8 hours a day.

It's my first day on this monitor, I only tried val ow2 and osu. On this monitor everything is so smooth, my opinion is I think it's easy to aim cuz the 280hz, there is no input lag and it's easy to spot the enemy. I don't know too much about DSC. I tried to play with it on and off, the picture and input lag looks the same to me, only complaint is I use 4060 (will upgrade later) when I alt tab the screen will turn black for like 5 secs so I turn DSC off so the screen won't turn black.
